Ron Trent is a Chicago native and innovative figure in the city's legendary house music scene. Bursting onto the scene as a teenager in 1990 with his groundbreaking debut EP The Afterlife, he's accumulated a treasured discography with releases under his own name, countless aliases, and a multitude of collaborative projects. Although widely regard as a house music legend, he's consistently explored new styles and genres throughout his three-decade career. He recently introduced his latest project titled WARM with the album What do the stars say to you, an expansive record that taps into a smooth, cosmic, and lush sound.
Dubbed the "Warm Supersonic Radio Show," his exclusive guest DJ mix for Midnight In A Perfect World is an extended 2-hour journey through supremely luxurious vibes that touch upon jazz, soul, R&B, downtempo, and more laidback styles as he seamlessly places songs from his WARM album alongside throwback gems from past decades.
