On June 1-3, Upstream Music Fest + Summit returns to Pioneer Square with over 200 local, regional, national, and international acts. You may have caught wind of some of the artists and groups already playing the festival, including Miguel, Valerie June, the Flaming Lips, Zola Jesus, and Cut Copy. Well, today is the day the world gets Upstream's full lineup! The big news of the full lineup reveal is Saturday's headliner: Jawbreaker! There's Kamiyah, there's BJ the Chicago Kid, there's Supreme La Rock.
There's also, as with last year's festival, a focus on Pacific Northwest artists. From Portland, a host of acts including Kyle Craft, Black Belt Eagle Scout, the Helio Sequence, Y La Bamba, and Little Star. Among others, D. Tiffany, Little Destroyer, and Switch will be coming down from Vancouver B.C.. The festival will also have High Step Society from Eugene, Sun Blood Stories from Boise, Slow Corpse from Ashland, and Chase Henny (with DJ Equis) from Federal Way, WA.
