In solidarity with the students participating in National Walkout Day on March 14, 2018 KEXP played 17 minutes of music, along with voices from the students affected by the Parkland school shooting. The classic sounds of David Bowie, First Aid Kit, Patti Smith, Marvin Gaye, and more offer a soundtrack with their timeless messages of perseverance while the youth of our country take a stand against gun violence. Perhaps Bowie said it best (as he always did) on "Changes":

As they try to change their worlds
