Being that I was quite young and on the other side of the country in the heyday of Seattle's The Visible Targets, I was not familiar with the band or their legacy until quite recently (I was more of a Moving Targets kid). But fortunately, I didn't have to go far to find a wealth of information on the band, their short tenure, and what happened after they broke up. Our own DJ El Toro published two posts in 2008 that dove deep into his own experience with the band and then filled in some missing information via an e-mail interview with drummer Ron Simmons. So go check those out (I'll wait) then come back and see what 1983's KCMU DJs thought of the band.
