Also claiming ties to Vancouver and Seattle, Case has been a Pacific Northwestern staple for a while, so she's right in that she didn't need to ponder, but she couldn't help but remark that no matter how many times she's played the Gorge – eight and counting – it's still a breathtaking place to perform in. Backed by longtime foil Kelly Hogan and four other bandmates, Case ran through a set of tunes from The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You, her sixth and latest album, but peppered in a few key back catalog cuts like "That Teenage Feeling" and "Hold On, Hold On". As her singular voice rang out with the last notes of "Ragtime", the sun began to set on the latest performance from Sasquatch's longtime MVP.
