On Labor Day Weekend (Aug. 31 - Sept. 2), Bumbershoot will drop in Mary Poppins’ style (you know, ‘cause umbrellas… Bumbershoot... anyway) to Seattle Center for the 48th edition of the iconic PNW music and arts festival.
